Privacy Policy
Effective 15 September 2026 · Applies to all games published by FPS Shooter & Action Game on Google Play, including FPS Strike Ops : Modern Arena, FPS Online Strike, Cover Strike, Critical Action and Blaze Strike.
This policy explains what information our games collect, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. The games are operated by BITCORE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. ("we", "us"). If anything here is unclear, email us.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- If you contact support: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- If you sign in with Google Play Games: your Play Games player ID and display name, used to save progress and show leaderboards.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app data: device model, operating system version, language, screen size, app version, crash logs and performance data.
- Gameplay data: levels played, purchases made, in-game currency balance, session length. Stored on your device and, when signed in, in Google Play Games.
- Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID) and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected by our advertising partners to show and measure ads.
We do not ask for your name, precise location, contacts, photos or microphone. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. Why we use it
- To run the game and save your progress.
- To show ads, which keep the games free, and to measure that they were delivered.
- To find and fix crashes and bugs.
- To understand which features are used so we can improve the games.
- To answer your support requests and process refunds.
- To detect cheating and abuse.
3. Partners that receive data
Our games include software from the following companies. Each acts under its own privacy policy:

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the partners above, with service providers acting on our instructions, or where the law requires.
4. Advertising and your choices
- Consent: in regions that require it (for example the EEA, UK and Switzerland), the game shows a consent screen before any personalised ads are loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the game's settings ("Privacy options").
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Opt out of personalised ads: same screen, "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" / "Delete advertising ID".
- US state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA and similar): you may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising through the consent screen or by emailing us.
5. Data retention
- Gameplay data lives on your device until you uninstall the game. Cloud saves stay in your Google Play Games account until you delete them there.
- Crash and analytics data is kept by our providers for up to 14 months, then deleted or aggregated.
- Support emails are kept for up to 2 years so we can follow up on the same issue.
- Purchase records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to a data-protection authority. To exercise any of these, email us with the game name and your player ID. We respond within 30 days. You can also delete all local data by uninstalling the game and clearing its storage.
7. Children
Our games are rated 12+ and are not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security and international transfers
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored by our providers in data centres that may be located outside your country, including the United States. Those providers commit to safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where the law requires them.
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will also be announced in the game.
