Terms of Service

Effective 15 September 2026 · Applies to all games published by FPS Shooter & Action Game (operated by BITCORE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.).

1. The deal

By downloading or playing any of our games you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the games. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the games on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The games, their artwork, code, names and all in-game items remain our property or that of our licensors.

3. In-game items and purchases

• Coins, weapons, skins, passes and other virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. You receive a limited licence to use them inside the game.
• Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google's terms and our Refund Policy.
• Some items are obtained from crates or draws with randomised contents. The chances are shown in the game before you buy.
• We may change, rebalance or retire items and features as the games evolve.

4. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, use hacks, mods, bots or automation, exploit bugs, tamper with the game client or servers, harass other players, or resell accounts or items. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.

5. Ads

The games are free and supported by advertising served by third-party networks. Rewarded ads are optional. Advertisers are responsible for their own content.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue any game or feature at any time. Where a game with a paid feature is permanently discontinued, we will give reasonable notice inside the game and on this website.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The games are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the games. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law of the country where you live.
